Heba is a former Olympian and is working with Balbir Singh on Synchronised.
Heba Abdel Gawad is a former Olympic athlete, pilates instructor and Z-Health practitioner. She competed in Synchronised Swimming at the Sydney and Athens Olympic Games and was an international competitor for over sixteen years. Heba came to the UK six years ago to study Sports Science and now focuses her work on maximising people’s athletic potential. She has a strong interest on the body’s nervous system and how it can be used to improve performance and help alleviate pain. Working with Balbir on Synchronised is unlike anything she’s ever done before!
